The first day of the England Hockey’s League Finals Weekend saw 30 goals scored on a day of pulsating top class hockey.
Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre hosted 8 games as teams fought for the biggest prizes in English hockey – the right to be crowned League champions, as well as places in the top divisions for next season.
Sunday’s final day will see two League champions crowned, with a further two promotion spots up for grabs.
