England U19s beat Italy in La Manga opener

England’s U19s beat Italy in their opening match in La Manga on Thursday.  Natasha Flint (Manchester City) opened the scoring before Carla Humprey and Leah Williamson (Arsenal) added the extras.  Italy pulled one back in extra time.
