  • +1

The draw for the Fifth Round Proper of The FA Women’s Cup, with the FA WSL 1 clubs entering the competition at this stage, has been made at Wembley today. And it has just been announced that the final will be played at Wembley on 1 August 3pm KO and will be shown live on BBC1!

The eight ties are scheduled for 22 March and the winners will each receive £600 from The FA’s prize fund.

Arsenal won last season’s Cup, beating Everton 2-0 before a 15,000 crowd at Milton Keynes, and this time around the holders have been drawn away to Millwall Lionesses, also former winners.

Runners-up Everton will host Bristol Academy, who were themselves runners-up to Arsenal in 2013.

Liverpool, FA WSL champions in the last two years, have been handed an away tie at Birmingham City, the 2012 Cup winners over Chelsea on penalties.

All ties must be played on Sunday 22 March 2015, kicking-off at 2pm, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
