Here’s a list of transfers I’ve spotted. It is far from complete.
We should always bear in mind the effect on the club that loses a player. That has been a recurrent weakness of the Prem 15s/PWR. Of course the two new clubs have by far the largest number of incomers.
Then there are the players retiring, a sad but inevitable consequence of the passage of time. No mention here, I fear, of the several changes in coaching and back-room staffs.
Some clubs are saving their signings for later. Let’s hope Glos-Pury aren’t still suffering a hangover.
