Harlequins have confirmed that Kaitlan Leaney will return to Australia to play for the NSW Waratahs in Super Women’s Rugby and the Wallaroos in the 2024 Pacific Four Series.
Following Harlequins’ Allianz PWR Round 14 clash with Gloucester-Hartpury, Leaney will link up with the Waratahs before returning to international duty with the Wallaroos for their Pacific Four campaign in May.
Harlequins Head Coach Amy Turner said: “We were always planning around Kaitlan’s requirement to return home to Australia to fulfil her commitments as an internationally contracted player. We wish her all the best in both club and international colours over the coming months.”
