Harlequins Women are have announced that Lauren Brooks, Chloe Edwards and Jenny Kronish have re-signed with the Club ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Club stalwarts Brooks and Edwards will be entering their fifth and sixth season respectively at Quins, aiming to win back the Allianz Premier 15s title after falling short in the semi-finals against Saracens in May.

Edwards renews to extend a record-holding career with the London Club, having represented the Famous Quarters more times than anyone else in the team’s rich history. To date, the former England front rower has represented Harlequins on 88 occasions.

Edwards added: “I’m really excited about being involved with Quins for another year. This is a really special squad, with some exceptionally talented players, and we are determined to right a few wrongs from last season. I can’t wait to get back out on the pitch and represent the famous Quarters again.”

After re-signing, Brooks said: “The league is growing from strength to strength and is now becoming the competitive league we’ve all been striving for! It will be great to regroup with the girls, get our heads down and get stuck into the hard graft of preseason. Each year it becomes more thrilling and more unpredictable. I’m incredibly excited to sign with Quins for another year and I’m looking forward to getting back in the mix!”

USA international Jenny Kronish returns for her first full season in South West London after joining halfway through the 2021/22 season from Boston based side Beantown RFC.

Kronish commented: “I am truly thrilled to re-sign with Quins. I can’t wait to get back in with the girls and continue working to be the best teammate I can be. My short time at the end of last season was just a taste and I’m hungry for more!”
