TikTok and COPA90 are teaming up to bring fans the ultimate local guide to watching UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 matches across the host cities, from Brighton all the way up to Wigan, with the COPA90 Road To Wembley.

The content will sit within a COPA90 Road To Wembley hub on TikTok’s platform, grouping relevant content together to make it easy for TikTok’s community to access it during the tournament. This bespoke hub will be packed full of content bringing users the inside scoop, the local knowledge and the tournament tips, everything you need to make the most of the tournament this summer.

To launch the content series, COPA90’s Eugene Noble will be uncovering the history of women’s football in our host cities. As the tournament continues, COPA90 will be asking users to get involved, shining a spotlight on the vibrant women’s football community, the creators that sit within it and the celebrations happening across the country.

With the ambition of elevating the fan experience for the duration of the tournament, TikTok seeks to celebrate women’s football and become the go-to source of content for football fans during the tournament and beyond.

James Stafford, Head of Partnerships & Community of TikTok, said: “Since last year’s UEFA EURO 2020, TikTok has seen exponential growth in football communities visiting the site to get their football content fix. With the meteoric growth of the women’s game, this summer’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 is set to harness the best of the game, and we are thrilled to be partnering with COPA90 for the tournament. Their understanding of the modern football fan is unparalleled and along with their world-class creators, we are going to bring our community more unique opportunities to get to the heart of the passion surrounding the game.”

Tom Thirlwall, Chief Executive of COPA90 said: “We are delighted to have partnered with TikTok again, to celebrate the creativity of those within the wider women’s football community and bring the spirit that an international tournament creates to the platform. The tournament is set to be groundbreaking on many levels for the women’s game and we are excited to showcase all that it has to offer.”

The tournament is scheduled to begin on 6th July in Manchester’s Old Trafford, with fixtures taking place around the UK before the final at Wembley Stadium on 31st July.
