A London Derby comes to Coventry, where Wasps Women will face Harlequins Women at the CBS Arena in what promises to be a showstopping clash.
Wasps last faced Harlequins at the end of 2021 in Big Game 13 where Wasps suffered a second half defeat to their London rivals. This time round, on home turf, and fuelled off the back of a strong victory in Round 15, Wasps are looking to turn the tables.
Last week Wasps gained full points against Sale Sharks in a 14-53 victory filled with thrillers including a hat trick from Ellie Boatman and a double from Jones.
This week’s team includes four changes to the starting line up – three personnel and one positional. Of note, Edel McMahon and Bryony Cleall make their returns adding fuel and experience to the pack!
Maud Muir moves into tight head and Cleall rejoins the match day squad as tight head. After an impressive performance last weekend, Cliodhna remains as hooker.
McMahon returns from injury to start at six making for an Irish Flank pairing with Claire Molloy Captaining from seven.
Just one change in the back line with Cooksey coming off the bench adding her speed at thirteen. Dow will lead from the back field acting as vice captain at full back.
