Harlequins Women Head Coach Gerard Mullen has named his side to take on Gloucester-Hartpury as they look to make it three wins on the bounce in the Allianz Premier 15s.
Two changes in the pack see Chloe Edwards come in at tighthead after a series of strong performances and England international Amy Cokayne return from injury to start at hooker.
Lucy Packer is named at scrum-half in place of the rested Red Rose Leanne Riley, with Jade Mullen making her first start of the season at outside-centre.
Swedish international Vic Petersson is named in matchday 23 for the first time this season, after coming back from a long injury layoff.
Ahead of the clash, Mullen said: “We know Gloucester are a really physical side and after a tough battle earlier in the season we’re expecting more of the same on Saturday.
“We have got some really strong momentum after last week, so we’ll be hoping to put our best foot forward and get a positive result.”
