Harlequins has announced its senior and development squads to play against Darlington Mowden Park Sharks this weekend.

Co-Head Coaches Gary Street and Karen Findlay have again rotated the senior squad for this fixture, following three wins in a row, in the aim of maintaining the side’s 100% start to the season.

Irish international Anna Caplice returns to the side having recovered from a minor injury and is joined as part of a formidable back row alongside new signings Giada Franco and Sarah Beckett.

Lucy Packer moves from playing at 14 against Gloucester-Hartpury to scrum half against DMP Sharks with Heather Cowell replacing her in the 14 shirt and Scottish star Chloe Rollie, back from international duty, in at full-back.

Meanwhile, former DMP player Elle Bloor captains the Development side as they look to continue to their unbeaten start to the season.

Harlequins Women Co-Head Coach Gary Street said: “We have been pleased with our results so far but need to ensure we don’t suffer from complacency. Maintaining our 100 percent record is key if we want to push on and continue to challenge for the title this year, in a very competitive league.

“It’s great to have some of our internationals back in this weekend’s squad, their experience will prove to be key against DMP Sharks who have a great set-up, and will no doubt provide a challenge on Saturday.”
