On Sunday in the Women’s Super League Bradford Bulls Women welcomed Castleford Tigers Ladies and the home side dominated throughout to earn a 72-18 victory.
Four Bradford players were on the score sheet twice; Amy Hardcastle, Kirsty Moroney, Jess Courtman and Rhiannon Marshall. There were further tries from Cheryl Armitage, Charlotte Booth, Lisa Taylor, Stacey White and Haylie Hields. Bradford’s Claire Garner added ten goals.
Castleford’s Katie Hepworth scored twice and Jasmine Cudjoe scored once. Katie Hepworth also added three goals to her tally.
Featherstone Rovers hosted Thatto Heath St Helens and it was the visiting side who had the edge winning 30-20.
Thatto’s Faye Gaskin scored twice, and there was one try each for Tara Stanley, Sammy Simpson and Jade Ward. Tara Stanley added three goals.
Featherstone’s Kayleigh Bulman scored twice, whilst Brogan Churm and Lauren Roberts scored one each. Nat Gilmour kicked two goals.
