In the Women’s Super Six Thatto Heath St Helens welcomed Bradford Bulls women and it was the home side who earned an 18-4 win. Thatto’s try scorers were Jodie Cunningham, Emily Rudge, Roxy Mura and Katie May Wiliams, Tara Stanley added one conversion.

Bradford’s try was scored by Jess Courtman in the second half.

Thatto Heath remain unbeaten in the Women’s Super Six so far and currently sit second behind Featherstone.

Meanwhile, Featherstone Rovers travelled away to Stanningley and it was Featherstone who won out 38-0 to maintain their spot at the top of the league table.

Eight Featherstone players got themselves on the score sheet; Emma Hardy, Sarah Dunne, Tasha Fox, Gemma Walsh, Erica Zane, Katie Daniels and Natalie Hardoweld all scored tries with Gemma Walsh adding five goals.

In the other Women’s Super Six league Leigh Miners Rangers hosted Lindley Swifts and Leigh earned a hard fought 30-14 win. Leigh Miners are currently two wins from two in the league.
