7up for the Lionesses in Serbia

  • +1

England’s Lionesses recorded their second consecutive 7-0 victory in their second leg win over Serbia today.

The win takes them to the top of their qualifying group, two points above Belgium, with just two matches to go.

However, there’s no room for complacency with only the top team guaranteed a spot in Euro 2017.

Both Gemma Davison and Nikita Parris scored two goals with Jill Scott, Ellen White and the unfortunate Nevena Damjanovic credited with an own goal.

As with Friday’s match England totally dominated the game and deserved the win.

Next up for the Lionesses is Estonia on 15 September before travelling to Belgium for their final game on 20 September.
