Here is the RBS 6 Nations’ preview of the final weekend of the tournament.
FRANCE v ENGLAND
France Women’s only defeat in the Six Nations this season was 8-10 to Wales at Neath in round 3.
France Women have won their last nine home games in the tournament since England beat them in Paris in 2012. In fact the only side to beat France at home in the tournament since 2003 has been England, doing so on four occasions.
England Women are attempting to win a 8th Six Nations grand slam and their first since 2012.
The only time that England Women have gone into a round 5 game with a perfect record and failed to get a grand slam was in 2004 when they lost to France 13-12 at Bourg-en-Bresse.
France Women have won their last three games against England in the Six Nations, since England’s 15-3 victory at Stade Charlety, Paris in 2012.
This is the first Women’s international to be played in Vannes.
