Red Roses’ warm-up matches to be co-streamed

The Red Roses’ upcoming Test matches will be co-streamed on England Rugby YouTube and BBC iPlayer and website.

John Mitchell’s side will prepare for the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup with a home fixture against Spain at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, Leicester, on Saturday 2nd August (KO 3pm BST) and an away encounter with France on Saturday 9th August (KO 8.10pm BST).

England’s 32-player squad for the exciting home tournament – which starts on Friday 22nd August – was announced last week with the players relishing the opportunity to take their rugby all over the country.

Before taking on their pool opponents in Sunderland, Northampton and Brighton, the Red Roses head to Leicester to face Spain – tickets are priced from £15 per adult, £5 for children or a family ticket (2 x adults and 2 x children) from £35.

Last autumn Las Leonas won WXV3 after a clean sweep of victories against Madagascar, Netherlands and Fiji. It means they will feature in the Rugby World Cup for the first time since 2017.

Laura Delgado, Alba Capell, Claudia Pena and Cristina Blanco are among the Spanish capped contingent that ply their trade in the PWR.
