Harlequins have named their side travel to The Alpas Arena to face Gloucester-Hartpury in their final Allianz Cup game, before the start of the Allianz PWR season.
Two changes to the front-row see Hannah Duffy move into the Starting XV at tighthead, and Rosie Dobson starts at hooker. In the second-row, Lucy Heryet shifts to lock and will partner Lucy Thorpe in the engine room.
An unchanged back-row of Nicole Wythe, Emily Robinson and Shaunagh Brown will look to build on their huge efforts in defence from the past two rounds of the Allianz Cup.
Freya Aucken starts at nine as she has in all four of Quins’ Allianz Cup fixtures. Aucken will be partnered by exciting young fly-half Ella Cromack who earns her first start at 10 on Saturday.
The familiar centre partnership of Rachael Burford and Lagi Tuima will partner up once again, and Burford captains the side from 12.
Jade Mullen returns to the side at fullback and will be joined by Beth Wilcock and Amy Layzell in the back three.
Two new names are set to make their first Harlequins appearance of the season, as Sian Hobday and Tess Braunerova are named amongst the Impact Players. Hobday and Braunerova join the side as short-term injury cover, with scrum-half Braunerova returning to the Club after three seasons with Wasps Women.
Head Coach Amy Turner said: “We had some good reflection this week on Saturday’s result against Loughborough. Players have spoken well about how we can be better and we’ve taken all the learnings and trained really well this week in preparation for Gloucester.
“We want to finish this cup block well and put ourselves in the best place come the playoffs in April. Our youngsters have really stepped up over the past few weeks, and we know they want to make a statement ahead of the start of the PWR season.”
