Potential debutant and first five-eighth Arene Landon-Lane joins the Black Ferns squad in Scotland as injury replacement for co-captain Ruahei Demant.
Demant was ruled out of the away WXV Global Series following a calf injury received during the Test against South Africa, and will stay on with the team for the remainder of the tour.

Arene Landon-Lane is an exciting young talent and versatile back from the Wellington Pride and the Hurricanes Poua. She has represented Wellington since 2022 and has been a part of the Poua squad in Sky Super Rugby Aupiki the past two seasons. Landon-Lane also played in the Black Ferns XV side that took on the Black Ferns in a one-off match at Maidstone Park in August this year.
