The Women’s Professional Leagues are pleased to confirm that Sky Sports and the BBC have made their broadcast selections for round twenty of the 2024/25 Barclays WSL season, while YouTube selections have also been made for the same match weekend of the Barclays Women’s Championship.
Firstly, three Barclays WSL fixtures have been chosen, starting with Crystal Palace’s home game against West Ham United at the VBS Community Stadium on Sunday 27 April, 12.30pm KO, which will be shown live on BBC iPlayer.
The following Wednesday 30 April meanwhile, Sky Sports will host an evening of back-to-back Barclays WSL football with Aston Villa against Arsenal at Villa Park (6pm KO) being followed by Manchester United against Chelsea at Leigh Sports Village (8.15pm KO).
Remaining Barclays Women’s Super League matches for the same match weekend will be streamed on the Barclays WSL YouTube channel.
Fans overseas should check their local listings for broadcast details, while countries without a broadcast deal will see all matches available on YouTube.
Additionally, with the fight for promotion heating up in the Barclays Women’s Championship, three games have been selected for broadcast on the division’s YouTube channel across the Easter weekend.
Starting with Southampton versus current table toppers London City Lionesses at St Mary’s Stadium on Friday 18 April (7pm KO), there is additionally a double-header of fixtures on Easter Sunday – Charlton Athletic against Newcastle United at The Valley (12pm KO), and then Birmingham City against Durham at St Andrew’s (2pm KO).
