In the front-row, Carys Phillips will make her first Harlequins appearance as she starts at hooker having signed for the Club earlier this week. Phillips is joined by Hannah Sims and Babalwa Latsha in the front-row as they both make their first starts of the season.
Elsewhere in the forwards, Shaunagh Brown shifts to number eight having started at prop in the first two rounds of the PWR.
The backline remains unchanged from the side who faced Sale last week, Rachael Burford captains the side from 12 with Ellie Kildunne, Emily Scott and Izzy Mayhew making up the back three.
Harlequins Head Coach Amy Turner said: “The pride of being at home and in front of a home crowd at The Stoop has really lifted the group and driven them to want to perform to the best of their potential.
“We know Saracens are going to rely on their set-piece strength and squeeze our ability to play, so they can impose their game on us”.
