Harlequins Women’s Head Coach Amy Turner has named her side to face Loughborough Lightning as Quins Women return to Allianz Cup action.
The Starting XV features three players in line for their Quins Women debut with second-row Lucy Thorpe, flanker Rowena Burnfield and GB 7s fullback Ellie Boatman selected for their first starts. Impact props Jessie Spurrier and Megan Brodie are also in line for their first Quins appearances.
Emily Scott skippers the squad from fly-half, with second-row Jenny Kronish named vice-captain.
Saturday’s Allianz Cup clash will be Quins Women’s first fixture since their league meeting with Bristol Bears in March.
