A reshuffled pack sees Elle Bloor make her first start since injury in the reverse fixture back in November, with Katy Mew moving into the second-row, and Lauren Brooks making her first start of the season at blindside flanker.
Brooks is joined in the back-row by Fi Fletcher who moves to openside flanker, with Swedish international Tove Viksten returning from injury to start at Number 8.
Izzy Mayhew makes her first start of the season at outside centre, with Red Rose Jess Breach moving back onto the wing and Ellie Green returning to fly-half.
Ahead of the clash, Mullen said: “Sale are a really feisty and fiery team, and I’m expecting a difficult contest.
“We’ll have to bring our A-game, particularly in terms of our contact and collision work, to get a result up there.”
