The first four rounds of the Allianz Premier 15s will be live streamed on England Rugby and Premier 15s channels.
With the 2020/21 season return confirmed for this upcoming weekend, England Rugby will be streaming a game from each of those four rounds on Premier15s.com, Premier 15s Twitter as well as England Rugby’s YouTube and Facebook.
The first game to be broadcast will be at Allianz Premier 15s newcomers Exeter Chiefs Women as they travel to Gloucester-Hartpury Women’s RFC on Saturday 10 October (KO 1430 BST). In her first competitive game in charge of the Chiefs, head coach Susie Appleby takes her newly-assembled squad to a Cherry and Whites side who she was in charge of up until last season. Expect Red Roses such as Natasha Hunt, Zoe Aldcroft and Kelly Smith to feature for the home side who will have their sights set on a top four finish.
The second round live stream will see Wasps FC Ladies against Harlequins Women on Saturday 17 October (KO 1400 BST) from Twyford Avenue in London. Wasps have strengthened their squad with England forwards Heather Kerr and Rowena Burnfield as well as number of England Sevens players since the last campaign. The likes of internationals such as Jess Breach, Jade Konkel and Amy Cokayne will be looking to help Quins go one step further and win the competition after two final defeats.
Sixways Stadium will host the third round broadcast as Worcester Warriors Women face Wasps (KO 1400 BST) on Saturday 24 October. The Warriors improved after Jo Yapp’s arrival as director of rugby last season and they have strengthened their pack with the arrival of World Cup winners Heather Fisher and Alex Matthews.
Round four will see the Allianz Premier 15s cameras head to the East Midlands as Loughborough host Harlequins on Saturday 7 November (KO 1400 GMT). Lightning were sat in third and Quins in second before the COVID-19 pandemic last season, with the clubs occupying those final places in the 2018/19 season as well, so expect a close encounter from two teams hoping to be amongst the play-off semi-finals at the end of the season.
