Harlequins Women has confirmed the first team and development squads to take on Saracens on Saturday 14 December (Kick Off 15:00), in what is set to be one of the games of the season.
Harlequins sit top of the Tyrrells Premier 15s table with eight bonus point victories from eight matches, with fierce London rivals Saracens Women one point behind, in second place.
Gill Bourke starts at 1 with fellow prop Shaunagh Brown at 3, whilst Amy Cokayne retains the hooker shirt.
Emily Scott again captains the side from fly half in a side which sees Rachael Burford one of two changes to the backs from last week’s win against Wasps, starting at 12, while Lucy Packer is given the nod at scrum half.
Harlequins Women Co-Head Coach Gary Street said: “This is by far the biggest game of the season so far for us, and we have approached the week accordingly to make sure we are as prepared as possible to put in the performance we know we are capable of.
“Saracens have proven they are still one of the strongest sides in the game so will provide no doubt the biggest challenge so far this season. It’s important we are ready for the strong attacking game they will bring, but we will have an advantage of playing in front of a passionate crowd at The Stoop.”
