Harlequins Ladies Co-Head Coaches Karen Findlay and Gary Street have announced their squad to play Loughborough on Saturday (kick-off: 17:00).
Bethan Dainton makes her first appearance of the season on the left wing, Victoria Petersson moves to the right and Lucy Packer returns at scrum-half.
An injury to Vickii Cornborough means there are changes up front with Shaunagh Brown moving to tighthead and Georgia Newman coming in at flanker.
Harlequins rescued themselves with two late tries to salvage a 26-26 draw against Bristol Bears in the last minute at The Stoop last week and co-Head Coach Karen Findlay said she did not want the team to put themselves in the same position again.
Findlay said: “I was pleased with the way we recovered from a very bad start against Bristol but I want the team to learn from the experience and to start faster against Loughborough.
“We have won one and drawn one in the Tyrrells Premier 15s so far this season but now it is time to build on those foundations and take the game to Loughborough this weekend.
“Loughborough are a strong side and we have a lot of respect for what they are doing there – but we are confident that if we display the effort, character and belief that we have shown in training this week we can come away with a win.”
