Here is a round up of all the Tyrrells Premier 15s Action from round nine.
Firwood Waterloo Ladies 12-12 Worcester Valkyries
Worcester looked set to claim their first victory of the season when Nikita Frere opened the scoring with a run down the wing. Valkyries were up at the break and a try from centre Zoe Bennion consolidated their lead, with Meg Varley adding the extras.
Firwood Waterloo piled on the pressure as the game went on and were finally rewarded when co-captain Ash Neale barrelled her way over the whitewash twice.
Bethany Stott successfully converted the first try, but the angle proved too much of a challenge after the second and the home side were forced to settle for a 12-12 draw.
Darlington Mowden Park Sharks 3 – 26 Bristol Ladies
After making her first start for the Red Roses last month, Lagi Tuima returned to club duty in fine form after England’s 3-0 series win over Canada.
The outside centre grabbed two loose balls to score a double and help Bristol to a 26-3 victory on the road against Darlington Mowden Park Sharks.
Katy Daley-Mclean scored Darlington’s only points of the game with an early penalty, but Bristol soon upped the intensity. After showing their strength to cross from a rolling maul, Tuima added her second try before Sydney Gregson snatched the bonus-point score.
Loughborough Lightning 43- 33 Gloucester Hartpury Women RFC
Prop Ofure Ugiagbe scored a double as Loughborough Lightning held off a late comeback to defeat Gloucester-Hartpury 43-33.
The visitors’ Rachel Lund also scored a brace, but it was not enough to prevent Lightning securing the bonus-point win.
England captain Sarah Hunter dotted down after just four minutes but Lund made a sublime break to even things up shortly after.
The match continued to deliver in this vein until replacement Ffion Lewis brought Gloucester- Hartpury to within three points with just nine minutes to play.
It was a penalty try which eventually sealed a third consecutive Tyrrells Premier 15s victory for the hosts, who now sit fifth in the table.
Richmond FC 0-44 Wasps FC Ladies
Abby Dow scored four tries as Wasps claimed a 44-0 victory over Richmond FC in the first televised Tyrrells Premier 15s game.
The England wing got her name on the scoresheet after just two minutes and Red Roses teammate Amy Cokayne followed suit soon after.
Dow claimed her second thanks to a well-timed offload from Danielle Waterman, who also had a hand to play in Tova Derk’s score.
Abby Dow scored two more within two minutes, before Waterman claimed a try of her own and Derk added her second in the bonus-point win for Wasps FC Ladies.
Harlequins Ladies 19- 28 Saracens Women
Marlie Packer’s hat-trick helped Saracens Women put an end to Harlequins’ perfect season with a sensational 28-19 victory at The Stoop.
The hosts were first to put points on the board after Holly Myers tore down the wing, but Packer responded just two minutes later, emerging from a driving maul to score.
The lead changed hands twice more as Quins were awarded a penalty try before Poppy Cleall went over.
Two for Packer either side of half-time brought the bonus-point win for the visitors, giving them a four-point lead at the top of the table.
Quins’ Fiona Fletcher claimed another five points, but it would make little difference with Saracens fly-half Zoe Harrison ensuring her side’s lead through several impressive touchline conversions.
