Simon Middleton makes nine changes, two positional, to his starting 15 to face Canada in the Old Mutual Wealth Series finale at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 25 November (KO 17:40 live on Sky Sports Arena & Sky Sports Mix)
Wingers Jess Breach (Harlequins Ladies) and Abigail Dow (Wasps FC Ladies) – who have scored eight tries between them on their debuts – and forwards Poppy Cleall (Saracens Women) and Rowena Burnfield (Richmond FC) are named in the starting line–up with prop Justine Lucas (Wasps FC Ladies) also set to make her first appearance of the series off the bench.
Danielle Waterman (Wasps FC Ladies) returns to full-back while Lagi Tuima (Bristol Ladies) earns her first start for England at outside centre alongside Rachael Burford (Harlequins Ladies) who earns her 75th cap at inside centre.
In the scrum, Vickii Cornborough (Harlequins Ladies) starts at loose-head alongside Amy Cokayne (Wasps FC Ladies) and Heather Kerr (Darlington Mowden Park Sharks), who scored her first international try for England on Tuesday. Abbie Scott (Harlequins Ladies) is joined by Poppy Cleall (Saracens Women) in the second row.
Rowena Burnfield (Richmond FC), Marlie Packer (Saracens Women) and Captain Sarah Hunter (Loughborough Lightning) make up the back row.
England head coach Middleton said: “We set our stall out at the beginning of the series to win every game and we are focussed on delivering on that. It’s not going to be easy, as expected Canada were a very different side on Tuesday and we expect them to be better again come Saturday.
“As a team we are looking to improve certain areas of our play. We have done some great things across both games, particularly in our defence and finishing, but now we want to bring it together and deliver a more complete performance on Saturday.”
