The unique competition sees 40 of the continent’s top fitness teams take on a number of challenging workouts over the course of two days in a bid to be crowned champions of Europe and claim the £3,500 top prize.

The challenges are designed to test all aspects of fitness to elite level, while at the same time entertain and educate the crowds – before each challenge there will be a demonstration of what exercises will be attempted.

Athletes have had to come through three qualifying rounds to reach the European Finals, where their opposition will include an invitational ‘super team’ representing event sponsors Reebok.

The Strength in Depth European Finals will take place in the STV Sports Hall, the London 2012 Legacy Pool and the outdoor athletics track on Saturday and Sunday (November 5&6). Doors open to spectators at 9am on both days, with the action concluding at 5pm on Saturday and 5.45pm on Sunday.

Advance tickets are now on sale priced £10+VAT per day or £18+VAT for a weekend pass. Entry is free to under-16s and students can get a weekend pass for £10+VAT.
