On Sunday the WRLA Grand Finals took place at Big Fellas Stadium, the home of Featherstone Rovers RLFC.

Huddersfield St Josephs played Thornhill Trojans Ladies in the WRLA Xamax Plate Final and closely contested match with Huddersfield winning by just two points at 20-18
This was followed by the Challenge Cup Final which was contested by York Ladies and Oulton Raidettes, this match was even closer with the Raidettes taking the Cup with a one point victory over York at 21-20.
