Quins travel with a side bolstered by Scotland internationals Sarah Bonar and Jade Konkel-Roberts who return to Harlequins colours after the 2021 World Cup.
Bella McKenzie makes her debut for the Club having signed over the summer. The 23-year-old Australian international links up with Lauren Torley and Izzy Mayhew in the back three, with Mayhew set to make her 50th appearance for Harlequins.
Rachel Burford returns to the side as captain for the first time this season and partners Lagi Tuima in the centres.
In the forwards, Jade Konkel-Roberts comes back into the side at eight with vice-captain Emily Robinson moving across to openside flanker. Following her try-scoring debut for the Club last week, Bryony Cleall is awarded her first start for Quins at tighthead.
