Harlequins Head Coach Amy Turner has named her side to face Leicester Tigers at Welford Road in the Allianz Cup.
Jessie Spurrier lines up at loosehead with Rosie Dobson and the experienced Hannah Duffy alongside her in the front-row.
Having returned from a serious hip injury against Gloucester in the Allianz PWR last month, Katy Mew makes her first start of the season, and will be partnered by Tyla Shirley in the second-row.
England international Amelia Harper starts at flanker, returning from injury to play her first game for Quins since 2022. Harper is joined by vice-captain Emily Robinson and Nicole Wythe in the back-row.
Flo Robinson and England U20s fly-half Ella Cromack start as half-backs, with Rachael Burford named as captain at 12. Tuima wears 13, with Mayhew, Layzell and Mullen completing Quins’ back three.
On loan from London Irish, Eleanor Trezise is set to make her Quins debut as she is named amongst the Impact Players. Florence Neller is also in line to make her debut at scrum half off the bench.
