The timings may well still be a struggle to take in, but the good news for French and English fans is that, for once, kick-off takes place within normal waking hours. Make the most of it; it’s unlikely to recur.
After its prominent use on the first day Eden Park takes a back seat. It will be fascinating to see how big the crowds are at the two support grounds. The Semenoff Stadium at Whangarei had plenty of room for more supporters last weekend.
