Head Coach Gerard Mullen has named his Harlequins Women side to travel to face Bristol Bears Women in the Allianz Premier 15s.
A return from long-term injuries for Red Roses Vickii Cornborough and Sarah Beckett sees them start at loosehead and number 8 respectively.
Emily Robinson returns from suspension to start at openside flanker, and Chloe Edwards comes in at tighthead for the injured Shaunagh Brown.
The backline sees England international Leanne Riley come back in at scrum-half, with Izzy Mayhew returning to the starting XV at outside centre, and Heather Cowell coming on to the wing.
Ahead of the clash, Mullen said: “Bristol play some nice rugby, and we know they like to move the ball and take it out wide.
“We’ll have to make sure we get our spaces right in defence to cut down their time on the ball and force some errors.”
