The University of Bath-based British Fencing squad won five medals when Italy hosted the first Para Fencing World Cup of 2026. Dimitri Coutya took Category B foil gold and epee bronze in Pisa, beating home favourite Michele Massa 15-13 in the foil final, and fellow Paralympic gold-medallist Piers Gilliver won Category A epee silver.
