The LTA has announced the appointment of Malgorzata Grzyb to the LTA Board as Chair of the Development Tennis Advisory Group (DTAG). Malgorzata replaces Nigel Jordan in the position and will commence her three-year term on the 1st of January.
The DTAG acts as an advisory forum for the Executive of the LTA on identified strategic activities, with a focus on tennis development. It also helps facilitate collaboration, feedback and support from the LTA Council and National, County and Island Association volunteers.
Malgorzata is the current chair of the Association of British Tennis Officials, a role she has held since 2018, and has been a licensed LTA official – working as a court supervisor, line judge and chair umpire – for 11 years, a period that has included working at nine editions of The Championships, Wimbledon.
With the appointment of Malgorzata, the full make-up of the LTA Board for 2026 has been finalised, comprising the following members:
