Harlequins have confirmed the signing of England international Harriet Millar-Mills ahead of the 2024/25 Allianz PWR season.

The experienced forward, who has achieved 66 Test caps and represented the Red Roses at the 2017 Rugby World Cup, joins Quins from Exeter Chiefs Women where she made 22 appearances and scored five tries.

Prior to her move to Exeter, Millar-Mills represented Wasps Women and Lichfield RUFC, winning the Premiership’s Players’ Player of the Year in 2015/16 and 2016/17.

At international level, the 33-year-old made her England U20 debut in 2011, before earning her Test call-up later that year. The versatile forward featured for the Red Roses from 2011 to 2020, achieving her 50th cap at the 2017 Rugby World Cup. She also enjoyed a stint playing for England 7s.

Ahead of joining the Club, Millar-Mills said: “I’m thrilled to move back to London to embrace new career opportunities whilst being able to play rugby at the top level for Quins. It’s an exciting time to join the Club, there’s a good mix of experience and youth in the squad, and I can’t wait to meet my new teammates and get started.”

Head Coach Amy Turner added: “We’re excited to have a player with the experience that Harriet has, both internationally and in the Premiership, joining our Club. She’ll come with a wealth of knowledge and resilience and will add to what we’re trying to achieve as a team next season. She’s also a great person who will add just as much off the pitch as she will on it.”
