‘Sunrisers’ ‘made another ‘impressive performance’ with back-to-back wins under England u19s skipper Grace Scrivens’s captaincy. Three ‘Sunrisers’ batters scored fifty, that included skipper Grace Scrivens who scored her third ‘fifty’ (at 50 overs.) Mady Villers who played a match-winning ‘fifty,’ in just 40 balls. The third ‘fifty’ was scored by keeper Amara Carr – (her first at 50 overs.) In contrast, ‘Sparks’ keeper Abbey Freeborn hit her maiden ‘ton’ [107runs (from 140 balls)] but found herself on the losing side. Previously, Abbey Freeborn – who’d played for ‘England A’ -suffered a batting-practice injury, mid-way through a recent match.
