All In to return ahead of final

  • +1

The final magazine show all about the Allianz Premier 15s, All In, will be broadcast today ahead of the upcoming final between Saracens and Exeter Chiefs.

In the third show of the 2021/22 season, host Laura Winter is again joined by Red Roses scrum half and Gloucester-Hartpury captain Mo Hunt as well as former England winger Topsy Ojo, with rugby performance analyst Ross Hamilton joining the team.

As well as a look back over the last few rounds and looking ahead to the final at Sixways there are the usual features telling player stories.

The first comes from Wasps and England Sevens wing Ellie Boatman who is the second highest try scorer in the Allianz Premier 15s this season. She opens up about her struggles with body image and being a professional athlete and why she wants to fight changes about female perceptions in sport.

At the end of April, Harlequins lock Rosie Galligan lifted the Six Nations Grand Slam with the Red Roses but it has been a difficult journey to the top. In our second player-focused feature, the former Saracens second row tells us about the two years overcoming a stint in hospital with meningitis and then recovering from a serious ankle injury to be back playing at the top of her game, and hopefully be part of a Rugby World Cup squad later this year.

Our final piece is a deep dive into the stats and analysis of where the semi-finals were won and lost, as well as a look ahead to how both Saracens and Exeter could look to play in the final. Former England analyst Ross Hamilton is joined by Mo Hunt to analyse the play-offs and preview the two teams hoping to be crowned the best side in the country, looking at the attack efficiency, defensive shape and all round style of play.

All In will be broadcast on England Rugby’s Facebook and YouTube channels at 1900 BST today(Thursday 2 June) and repeated on the Allianz Premier 15s YouTube tomorrow (Friday 3 June) ahead of the final. All of the features can be watched again on the Premier 15s YouTube channel.

The 2021/22 Allianz Premier 15s final between Saracens and Exeter will be broadcast on BBC Sport’s website and app, BBC iPlayer, BT Sport and Premier15s.com.
