Wasps Women face Gloucester Hartpury in double header

  • +1

An exciting weekend ahead as Wasps Women take on Gloucester Hartpury in a double header with Wasps Men at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Last weekend, Wasps fell short to Exeter – with two tries a side it was penalty opportunities that left Wasps down on the scoreboard. Back on home turf, Wasps will be looking for a repeat of last season where they turned over Gloucester Hartpury on both occasions.

With the return of GB Sevens Players- Jones, Burton and Quansah, the line up sees some changes.

Crake returns to the front row and Burnfield returns to the field in the second row. McMahon returns to the starting line up at flanker alongside Molloy.

Quansah is welcomed back to the wing after her return from Sevens and Dow returns to the field at full back with Boatmans back on the wing.

Burton and Jones also pull back on the black and gold and will come off the bench as your finishers.

With call ups for Autumn International competitions announced yesterday, we are excited to see the likes of Muir, Millar-Mills, MacDonald, Dow and Williams take to the field this Sunday.

The game will be played directly after the Wasps Men take on Northampton Saints at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
