Harlequins Women have confirmed that Jess Breach has re-signed with the Club ahead of the 2021/22 Allianz Premier 15s season.

Breach featured in the Famous Quarters ten times throughout the 2020/21 season scoring one of the tries of the season in the Club’s semi-final against Wasps at The Stoop in May.

Still just 23-years-old and one of the most threatening players in the world game, Breach was one of the first players to join the Club in its inception in 2016 winning a League and Cup double as one of the original Harlequins Women.

Breach made an instant impact on her international debut scoring a staggering six tries against Canada at Allianz Park in November 2017. The wing has featured 22 times for the Red Roses dotting down a remarkable 25 times and will be looking to continue her fine international form ahead of the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand next year.

After an ankle injury ruled the wing out of the final, Breach is eager to get back out onto the pitch and help Quins defend their Allianz Premier 15s title, after a 25-17 win over Saracens Women at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester saw the silverware return to South-West London.

Speaking after re-signing, Breach said: “I’m super excited to re-sign with Harlequins for another year! I can’t wait to get back out there and pick up where we left off at the end of last season. The main aim this year is to carry through the winning momentum we have as a squad and hopefully defend our Allianz Premier 15s title!”

Head Coach Gerard Mullen added: “We’re thrilled to have Jess re-sign with Harlequins as we build up to the new season. She has the ability to do things that not many players can do and is one of if not the best finisher in world rugby. Jess has blistering pace and huge amounts of X factor and I’m so excited to see how far she can keep growing as a player with the support of the programme at Harlequins!”
