Mather names Wasps team to face Sale Sharks

  • +1

This weekend sees the return of Wasps to Twyford Avenue following their away win to Loughborough last weekend.

Mather has named eight changes to the starting line up for this weekend’s fixture- including a starting debut for Balogun in the five shirt. Crake also returns to the starting line up in the front row alongside West who moves into hooker.

Millar-Mills moves onto the flank this week to form the back row alongside Kabeya and Burton.

It’s been a celebratory week for Williams who was announced in the Welsh Women’s Six Nations Squad and will start in the 10 shirt this weekend.

Mason also returns to the starting line up at 14 alongside Dow and Kildunne as your back three.

Monaghan and Boatman form part of the replacements, both returning from injury and ready to fuel the second half!

In their last meeting Wasps secured a 30-8 win against Sharks – this weekend they will be looking to build on last week’s performance and secure a repeat victory and solidify their top four position in the table.

*Please note This game will be played behind closed doors under Covid Restrictions- Strictly No Admittance
