Harlequins Women Head Coach Gerard Mullen has named his side to take on Wasps Ladies in the Allianz Premier 15s with Leanne Riley set to make her 50th appearance for the Club.
England scrum-half Leanne Riley will make her 50th appearance in the Quarters as Harlequins Women Head Coach Gerard Mullen has named his side to face Wasps Ladies at Surrey Sports Park.
A reshuffled pack sees Red Roses prop Shaunagh Brown, returning from suspension, partnering Hannah Duffy, who makes her first start for the club.
England international Abbie Ward captains the side from the second row in place of the injured Rachael Burford, with Elle Bloor, returning to the side for the first time since an injury in November, named amongst the Game Changers.
The backline sees Emily Scott start at fly-half with Ellie Green moving to inside-centre, and Jess Breach, making her first start since a return from injury, at fullback.
Ahead of the clash, Mullen said: “Wasps are a great side with a lot of firepower, particularly in their backline unit, so we’ll need to be alert to that and deny them any opportunities.
“If we get our core processes right, there’s no reason why we can’t replicate the result we got earlier in the season.
“It’s fantastic to see Leanne get her 50th cap for the Club, she’s a great player to have around the squad and I’m sure she’ll lead by example on Saturday.”
