Whilst you may well be ready to bid farewell to 2020- there is still one fixture left in the Allianz Premier 15s competition this year. Under new restrictions the game will be played behind closed doors but thanks to the generosity and support from the Ladies from Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation – this weekends game versus Gloucester Hartpury will be streamed live.
The network of the legends is something no other club has to this level and the support from all of the legends is unfounded, to come together as a collective to support the streaming of this game is very powerful. It has been said a lot recently that Wasps is not a place it is the people and this demonstrates the power and support of the legends’
Kasey Allen, Wasps FC Ladies Chief Operations Officer: Giselle Mather has named her team to face Gloucester Hartpury this weekend and we see some changes to the starting line up.
Moloney, Burnfield and Kabeya return to the starting pack. Molloy moves to eight – a new position for the Irish flanker in the Wasps set up this season.
Dow returns to the wing alongside Williams and Wilson Hardy moves to thirteen alongside Alder at twelve.
Quansah also returns to the squad as a replacement back to add some fire to the finish alongside Rowland and Williams.
In Wasps’ last fixture versus Gloucester Hartpury- the team suffered a narrow defeat. However, off the back of three wins and securing the third position place in the table- Wasps are excited to see 2020 out with a sting!
