After their bonus point win against Bristol Bears, this week Wasps return to Twyford Avenue to face DMP Sharks for round four of the competition.
Tries from Burton, Boatman, Alder, Crake, Muir, Ransley and Jones all contributed to Wasps’ 10 try victory over the Bristol side. Looking ahead to this weekend’s game, the side will be looking to bring the same magic home to Twyford Avenue.
With theEngland and Irish players returned from the Six Nations competition, Mather names some changes to the lineup for this weekend’s game. Starting with the front row, Crake, who is proving herself a hugely versatile and valuable member of the pack, will start in the front row alongside Kerr and West. Millar-Mills and Burnfield make up the second with Muir joining Burton and Kabeya at the back.
In the backs, MacDonald returns from her England victory to join Williams as the 9 and 10 combination with Alder and Williams making up the centre couple. Boatman, after an impressive debut last weekend, is joined by Dow and Mason to complete the starting team.
Returning from Ireland camp, Molloy and Cooney join Evans, Afilaka and Monaghan as your forwards replacements. And promising to add some fire to the finish, last weeks’ starting 9, 10 combination of Wong, who earns her 50th Cap for Wasps this weekend, and Jones join Rowland to complete the line up.
