The draw for the Women’s FA Cup first round proper was made on Monday evening.
Southampton FC Women powered to an 11-0 win over Poole Town in the third round qualifying on Sunday and they have been rewarded with a trip to Chesham United.
AFC Basildon won a ten-goal thriller at Cambridge City at the weekend and they will take on Ipswich Town in round one.
The draw was conducted by former West Ham duo Rosie and Mollie Kmita, live on talkSPORT 2.
The first round proper is scheduled for Sunday 10 November with each winning club receiving £850 from The FA prize fund.
Manchester City won last season’s competition, beating West Ham United 3-0 in the Final.
This season’s Final will take place on Saturday 9 May 2020.
