The Tyrrells Premier 15s season got underway on Saturday, with last year’s losing finalists Harlequins Women getting their campaign off to a flying start with 101-0 victory over Richmond Women.
In the early kick-off, champions Saracens also got their campaign off to a winning start [22-35] at Bristol Bears Women.
Meanwhile, Gloucester-Hartpury Women defeated Firwood Waterloo Ladies [7-48] on Merseyside.
There was also a big win for Wasps FC Ladies [47-10] against Worcester Warriors.
Loughborough Lightning sealed a narrow victory [27-12] over DMP Sharks.
