Wasps extended their advantage just before the end of the first half as England legend Rocky Clark crossed from close range, for the hosts to lead 15-0 at the break.
Wasps came firing out the blocks in the second half as Hannah West raced through a gap in the Waterloo defence to score within two minutes.
The hosts finished strongly with a second of the day for Garnet Mackinder and a score for Claudia Macdonald who finished from the base of a scrum 10m out. A strong performance from the home side will build momentum for a tough set of fixtures over the new year.
