This weekend sees Bristol Ladies travel to Championship side Thurrock on Sunday 20 November in the Womens Senior Cup competition.
The squad this week sees several changes, Becki Belcher returns from injury on the wing, partnered by Maeve Liston, who put in a strong performances off the bench for the 2nd XV last weekend.
Abbie Parsons, Clara Nielson and Sasha Acheson all return to the front row, with Clea Fawcett and Kayleigh Armstrong in the second row.
With England selecting a full back row from Bristol Ladies, Travers, Giles and Liv Jones get their chance to shine, supported by a back line with an average age of 20.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to see our wider squad perform, and create opportunities for our younger players to demonstrate they have premiership potential. Thurrock will present a unique challenge that some of our players haven’t faced before and I’m excited to see how they respond to this challenge” says Head Coach Roy Davies.
