Charlotte Burton, Sussex WCA Director of Cricket and SCB Women and Girls Development Officer together with Sarah Taylor (Sussex & England), Georgia Adams (Sussex and England Academy) and former Sussex and England player, Charlotte Russell recently spent 3 days in Guernsey coaching the Guernsey Women’s team. They also spent time on two of the days coaching 25 girls.

Through their partnership with the Guernsey Cricket Board (GCB), representatives of Sussex CCC are assisting in the development of women and girls cricket in Guernsey. The GCB have recently employed a Women and Girls development officer and are thrilled at the buzz around the club that has been created by the visit of the Sussex players.
Sussex last visited Guernsey in February and they were able to see how well the women’s team have developed as players since they last saw them.
